Our design team was tasked with redesigning the apartment listing detail page to clean up and simplify the content, reduce page abandonment, and evoke more of an emotional connection. We learned from user testing that photos, pricing, and availability are the most important factors in influencing a decision to rent. The current pricing grid was described as complicated and difficult to read, and too many amenities and features were deemed overwhelming.
Some of the key improvements of our new design are: 
- Opening up the design with ample white space and more clearly distinguishing sections to make it easier for users to quickly find what they are looking for
- Moving the CTA from a floating box on the right to a sticky footer, which allows the page content to span the full width of the screen
- Utilizing progressive disclosure so that we are only showing the most important information first and helping direct and prioritize attention
