This is a 22 × 15 in color lithograph print (edition of 9) made with positive working photo plates and printed on Rives BFK paper. It is a three color print run separated painstakingly by hand for each desired patch of color. The basic structure of the landscape is based on a map of the major rivers and lakes in the US. The Mississippi runs down the center of the image and the Great Lakes radiate out from the sun.
